What is Thin Endometrium?

The endometrium, the lining of the uterus, plays a vital role in pregnancy. For a fertilised embryo to successfully implant, the endometrial lining must be thick, healthy, and receptive. Generally, a thickness of 8mm or more is considered optimal for successful implantation.
