• The type & quantity of food you ingest on daily basis has impact of his/her fertility.
• For the healthy functioning of the reproductive system of the body it requires a number of essential nutrients including antioxidants, hormones, vitamins etc. Diet rich in antioxidants like green tea, sprouts, fresh & whole fruits & vegetables are must in diet.
• Adequate hydration is also very important.
• Unhealthy diet like fast food & pre-packaged food available in market today contains trans-fats’ which affects ovulation in females & sperm count & quality in male.
• Processed meats& artificially fortified packaged food should be avoided as far as possible.
• Alcohol, smoking affects fertility potential negatively in both Female & Male & hence better avoided.
