Female Investigations

Diagnostic hysteroscopy is a surgical procedure that doctors use to view a woman’s uterine cavity, endometrial mucus(endometritis, adenomyosis) & the cervical canal. A hysteroscope, a thin viewing tube, is passed through a female vagina.

Your doctor might use hysteroscopy to:

• Confirming the fibroids
• Look for polyps
• Confirming of uterus scarring
• Look for submucus myomas
