All couples who use assisted reproductive techniques, such as IVF Seek different methods to increase their chances of successful pregnancy.   • Zinc– Pregnant women need 12 grams of zinc in their diet. It promotes DNA production and enhances cell production in the fetus.

Much like how you need to focus on the necessary foods after IVF. You also need to avoid some foods which have harmful effects on the pregnancy. Here are some foods & Drinks you should avoid:-  

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Caffeinated beverages like coffee, energy drinks, Sodas, etc.
  • Seafood high in mercury
  • Canned foods
  • Leftovers
  • Too much Semi-Ripe or Raw papaya and pineapple
  • Too much Pickle and Vinegar
  • High Sugary Foods and Drinks.
