On investigating Male & Female partner, if all the reports are found to be normal and the patient is unable to conceive even after multiple cycles of ovulation induction and timed intercourse, we label it as unexplained infertility. It can be treated initially with 2-3 cycles of IUI and still if the patient does not get pregnant then IVF is the treatment of choice.
